Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of our hemp-derived products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at josiah@peakpotencycanna.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
At High Point Bev, due to the nature of our products, most sales are final and we do not typically offer refunds or returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos.
Once reviewed, we will make a decision regarding approval of a return or refund. If approved, the customer will be liable to purchase a shipping label to ship the product back.
Once we confirm we have received the product, and asses that it is as described, we will issue you a refund.
The refund can take 2-5 business days on average for credit, and 1-3 weeks on average for credit. This depends on your issuing bank and any questions regarding delay should be discussed with your bank.
