Subscription and automatic-renewal policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

This Subscription and Automatic-Renewal Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through Blast Off Beverages.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation requirements, and other terms presented at checkout.

1. Automatic renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected during checkout until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Blast Off Beverages to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The initial subscription purchase;

  • Each recurring subscription payment;

  • Applicable taxes;

  • Shipping charges; and

  • Any other charges disclosed and accepted during checkout.

Your subscription will continue to renew unless you cancel it before the next scheduled billing date.

2. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the subscription price and billing frequency before enrolling;

  • Monitoring upcoming billing and renewal dates;

  • Canceling the subscription before the next recurring charge is processed;

  • Maintaining accurate billing, shipping, email, and payment information;

  • Ensuring sufficient funds or available credit are present on the billing date;

  • Reviewing order confirmations, receipts, subscription notices, and account communications;

  • Checking spam, junk, and promotional email folders for subscription communications;

  • Updating product selections, quantities, flavors, delivery frequency, and shipping information before renewal; and

  • Confirming that any requested cancellation has been successfully completed.

Failure to review an email, billing statement, renewal notice, receipt, or account page does not invalidate a properly authorized subscription charge.

3. Billing authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Blast Off Beverages to process recurring charges according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Customers remain responsible for subscription charges until the subscription has been successfully canceled.

Removing a payment method, replacing a debit or credit card, closing a bank account, refusing a shipment, or disputing a payment does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Payment information

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid and current payment method.

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, Blast Off Beverages may:

  • Retry the payment method;

  • Request updated payment information;

  • Delay or suspend shipment;

  • Pause the subscription;

  • Cancel the subscription; or

  • Collect any outstanding amount permitted by law.

A failed payment does not necessarily mean that the subscription has been canceled. Customers are responsible for confirming the status of their subscription.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription through the subscription-management options available through their account or by contacting Blast Off Beverages customer support.

Cancellation requests must be submitted and successfully processed before the next scheduled billing date.

Submitting a cancellation request after a recurring charge has already been processed does not guarantee that the charge or associated order can be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for retaining any cancellation confirmation they receive.

6. Cancellation timing

Customers must cancel before the next renewal charge is processed to avoid being charged for the following subscription period.

Cancellation requests received after an order has entered processing, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment may apply only to future subscription orders.

Blast Off Beverages does not guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law or permitted under the Blast Off Beverages Return and Refund Policy, subscription charges are nonrefundable once processed.

Blast Off Beverages does not provide refunds solely because a customer:

  • Forgot to cancel;

  • Did not review the renewal date;

  • Did not recognize the billing description;

  • Did not use or consume the product;

  • Did not open or retrieve a shipment;

  • No longer wanted the subscription;

  • Failed to update an address;

  • Failed to update payment information;

  • Refused delivery; or

  • Failed to review subscription-related communications.

Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for partially completed billing periods unless required by law.

Any refund approved by Blast Off Beverages is issued at the company’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Subscription shipments

Customers are responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate shipping address before each renewal date.

Blast Off Beverages is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, returned shipments, or delivery failures resulting from:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;

  • Failure to update an address before renewal;

  • Failure to retrieve a package;

  • Refusal of delivery;

  • Carrier delays;

  • Weather or transportation disruptions;

  • Theft after confirmed delivery; or

  • Restrictions affecting delivery to the customer’s location.

Address changes submitted after an order has entered fulfillment may not apply to that shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package.

9. Product selections and subscription changes

Customers are responsible for updating flavors, quantities, product selections, delivery frequency, and other subscription preferences before the next renewal is processed.

Changes submitted after a renewal charge has been processed may apply only to future orders.

Blast Off Beverages does not guarantee that an order already in preparation or fulfillment can be changed.

Product availability may vary. Blast Off Beverages may substitute, delay, or cancel an unavailable item when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

10. Promotional and introductory offers

Promotional prices, discounts, free trials, and introductory subscription rates apply only according to the terms presented with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew at the regular price after the promotional or introductory period ends.

Customers are responsible for reviewing when a promotional rate ends and canceling before the regular-price renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to repeatedly obtain introductory or promotional pricing may result in cancellation, disqualification, or account restrictions.

11. Price and subscription changes

Blast Off Beverages may change subscription prices, shipping costs, product quantities, available flavors, or other subscription terms as permitted by law.

When required, customers will receive advance notice of material changes.

Continued participation in the subscription after a properly disclosed change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

12. Account security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login information.

Customers are also responsible for purchases, subscription changes, and account activity completed using their login credentials or payment information unless the activity was unauthorized and promptly reported.

Customers should contact Blast Off Beverages promptly if they believe their account or payment information has been used without authorization.

Blast Off Beverages may request reasonable information to verify identity and account ownership.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

A chargeback, bank dispute, payment block, or card replacement is not a substitute for canceling a subscription.

Customers should contact Blast Off Beverages before initiating a payment dispute so the company has an opportunity to review the charge, subscription status, and related order.

Knowingly disputing a valid and authorized subscription charge may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of the customer account;

  • Cancellation of pending orders;

  • Restriction from future purchases; or

  • Collection of unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

14. Subscription communications

Customers agree that Blast Off Beverages may send transactional communications regarding subscriptions, including:

  • Enrollment confirmations;

  • Payment receipts;

  • Renewal information;

  • Shipping notices;

  • Payment-failure notices;

  • Price-change notices;

  • Account notices; and

  • Cancellation confirmations.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing subscription-related communications.

Unsubscribing from promotional marketing messages does not cancel a subscription and may not stop necessary transactional communications.

15. Termination by Blast Off Beverages

Blast Off Beverages may suspend, pause, or terminate a subscription for reasons including:

  • Failed payments;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Abuse of promotions;

  • Policy violations;

  • Product unavailability;

  • Legal or regulatory requirements;

  • Unsafe, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent conduct; or

  • Operational or business reasons.

Termination of a subscription does not eliminate responsibility for charges that were validly incurred before termination.

16. Legal rights

This policy is intended to clearly explain the responsibilities of Blast Off Beverages and its subscription customers.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If any portion of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
